What is Possibilities?
Possibilities is our exclusive membership programme for Saga customers. Benefits include VIP experiences, prize draws, discounts on tickets and events, and great offers from selected partners.
Do I have to be a member to buy tickets to a Possibilities event?
Yes. Possibilities is an exclusive membership programme, and tickets are available to members only. If you would like to join, you can check your eligibility or join online here
How do I get a ticket?
As an eligible Possibilities member, simply choose the event you would like to attend and select the ‘Book Now’ button.
Complete the relevant details and purchase your ticket. Please ensure you check your details are correct as we cannot amend these details after the sale is complete.
Possibilities partners with ATG, who will process your ticket, so once you have completed your purchase, ATG will send confirmation of your purchase on our behalf.
Your confirmation email will serve as your ticket to gain access to the event, so please bring this with you. You will be advised during purchase if you are required to bring any other tickets
Tickets are subject to availability and are available on first come first served basis. Tickets are to be purchases in advance and are non-refundable.
Can I buy a ticket to an event without signing in?
You are required to sign in to your account before buying tickets for Possibilities events.
Can I bring a guest?
So long as you are a Member, you can buy additional tickets if you wish to bring guests. Certain events may also have an age-restriction, so please check the event terms and conditions before you buy.
The maximum number of tickets you can purchase is subject to availability and available on first come first served basis. However, this will vary with event. Please check when purchasing to see this limit.
Tickets can only be sent to the address we have registered for you, so if you do plan to buy tickets for someone else, please be sure you will be able to get the tickets to them in time.
I have an essential carer/companion. Do I need to buy an extra ticket?
We will review an application for a free companion ticket on a case-by-case basis. If you require an essential carer or companion to attend the event with you, simply, contact us on email@example.com and include your requirement, companion’s details and email address. If approved, we’ll send out an additional ticket.
What are acceptable payment methods?
You can purchase your ticket using credit or debit card.
When will I find out more about the event?
You should receive your confirmation within 24 hours after your purchase, followed by an itinerary within 7 days of the event date. If you have not heard from us within 7 days of purchase, have not received your itinerary or have any further questions regarding your itinerary, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I make any changes to my ticket?
At this time, it is not possible to change any of the details, such as your name, address etc., on your ticket once the ticket has been purchased. Please ensure that you enter your details correctly prior to finalising your purchase. Tickets are not exchangeable for another event and we cannot offer refunds.
What is your refund policy?
The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please contact email@example.com to find out more.
Do I have to bring a ticket to the event?
Please bring your confirmation email to the event. However, in the event you forget or lose your ticket, simply present one of the following forms of ID or documentation and we’ll check you in:
- Your event itinerary
- Current valid Passport
- Current valid National ID card (non-UK Nationals)
- Current Full* or Provisional UK Driving Licence
- Current UK Photocard Driving Licence with Counterpart
- Current Firearms/Shotgun Certificate
- Current State Pension notification letter
- Current Benefits Agency letter
- Current years HMRC Tax Code Notification
- Current Blue Disabled Drivers Pass
- Identity Card by Electoral Office of Northern Ireland
*Old style provisional driving licences are not acceptable

What is included with my ticket?
Please carefully read each individual event terms and conditions on the Events site to find out what event elements are included with your ticket e.g. complimentary items or food and drink.
What do I do if I have specific dietary requirements?
If you attend an event which includes food and drink and you have any specific dietary requirements, it is your responsibility to inform the Events team prior to the event date. Possibilities accepts no responsibility for any allergic reaction you may incur while attending the event however we will do all we can to cater for your dietary needs. To enable us to do so, please ensure you complete the dietary section when purchasing your ticket.
